I have been practicing Reiki since 2000, having been fortunate enough to have been given Reiki when I was 25 years old while training to become a chiropractor. Reiki has shaped my life ever since and steered me through some of the most difficult and happy times of my life.
I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2018 and have been teaching Reiki since 2020. I use various modalities in my practice: as well as being a Reiki Master trained in Usui/Tibetan, Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki, I also use Chiropractic, dry needling, massage and Emmett Technique.

My Lineage
A lineage is the line of teaching that your teacher has been trained in, similar to a family tree. A teacher’s lineage reflects the information that the teacher will be passing on to the student.
The reverence that you should feel to your own lineage should never be underplayed. It ultimately links you to the founder Dr Usui and shows the journey of how Reiki reached you. I want you to be aware that I hold my own Reiki Masters - Linda Holmes, Diana Savil and William Rand - in very high esteem.
My Reiki journey began with Linda when I was 24, while we were both training to be chiropractors. When I was ready to study Reiki ll, Linda was unable to teach me. I was fortunate enough to meet Diana Savil and did my attunement with her instead.
When I received my calling to do Reiki level lll and Master Teacher, I knew it had to be done with Linda. Linda was attuned to level lll of Karuna Reiki by William Rand himself at Stonehenge. Linda was also the protégé of Swami Dharmananda Saraswati Maharaj. Swami Dharmananda was hugely influential in the spiritual and yoga community. She founded The Dharma Centre in Harlow and gave Linda her spiritual name Radhika or Radha, which Linda saw as a huge privilege.
Swami did not teach Reiki level lll to any other student but re-attuned Linda to Reiki level lll to carry her ancestral lineage. Linda and Swami blended their Reiki 1 and Reiki ll teaching manuals together.
According to Linda, of the students she has attuned to Reiki Master Teacher, I am the only Master who has gone on to teach, so the ancestral lineage of Swami and Linda continues. I received the ignitions from William Rand to become a Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki Master in Glastonbury in June 2024. William is now in his 80's, and it was a huge privilege for me to be taught by him.
